DESIGNER - ian dutton

Fresh from creating the very successful Bear brand 'All About Gus' for Hallmark and developing and creating the character concepts and artwork for 'Dib Dab' for UK Greetings in 2016 and 2017 respectively designer Ian Dutton is now looking to begin 2018 with continued equal success.His work is predominantly character based and he enjoys nothing more than creating cute characters for an all manner of end products, whether for children's clothing, greeting cards, packaging, stationery, toys etc. The diversity of styles Ian possesses is evident in the artwork showcased here - ranging from character, to illustrative based painterly artwork and typography. He has worked with a wealth of clients since becoming freelance including, Mamas and Papas, Tesco, and Next. Ian is based near Newcastle and is always looking to work with new clients and existing clients alike. He is currently working on new ideas and artworks for the year ahead. DESIGNER - patterntart

It's no secret that I love colourful geometrics so I was really pleased when these bold designs came in from designer Lori Dunn. Lori has recently created the Patterntart Design Studio which offers current trends, lettering, illustration and pattern design. Her previous roles and clients have seen her work with companies such as Hallmark, Disney and Crayola. To see more find Patterntart online here.

DESIGNERS - evelyn rosner

Evelyn Lara'Ana Rosner is based in Bavaria, Germany. Not only is Evelyn a surface pattern designer and illustrator but she is also creative coach. DESIGNER - anna roberts knight

Designer Anna Roberts Knight has been working in the industry since 2000. Firstly as an in-house designer for a major studio for 10 years with her work being featured across all high street stores and supermarkets worldwide. And since 2010 working as a freelancer. Anna still works with large studios in the UK, US and China on greetings cards, gift wrap, crackers and stationery, for both Christmas and everyday. Anna will be represented at Printsource tomorrow for the first time by Designastration and is hoping to widen her market back into textiles. PRINTSOURCE - 2018 flyers

The New York based Printsource show will open tomorrow with Surface and textile design studios from over 10 countries will be offering design collections for children's apparel, fashion, bed and bath, kitchen and tabletop, paper goods and stationery, wallcoverings, curtains as well as other surface applications.
